This is a six-session course that
provides focused instruction while the children dine. The classes
give them the knowledge to master fine dining skills. Lessons 1-5 are
designed to help students properly identify and learn to hold their eating utensils correctly.
Each course served is specifically designed to accomplish that goal.
While dining,
students will be taught introductions, the importance of making direct eye contact,
dinner conversation skills that engage the children and allow them to have fun
while learning.
Each of the 5 courses is thoughtfully and
independently introduced through the lessons. Class size is limited to only ten
students to ensure an intimate setting in which your child can master the art of
fine dining , feel comfortable while doing so, and gain self-confidence.
Upon arrival at each class they will take in the
wonder of the flowers displayed at their dining table, be amazed at the creative
table setting themes which take
them from Paris to the American Southwest, and
admire the fine china and silverware that is part of the ambiance provided.
The environment the children will be surrounded by at
each session is a warm, yet elegant one that finds them looking forward to what
each lessons table theme will be,
forming friendships, and gaining confidence and amazement at what they have
learned.
In conclusion at lesson 6 the children are then given
their opportunity to don sport
jackets, ties and party dresses as they master their way through a 5 courses
dinner at a fine dining establishment..
