This popular programme covers a vast variety of topics that face young ladies as they move into middle school or high school.  The programme is 5 sessions and includes a 5 course dinner at a fine dining establishment.  Classes are interactive to allow participants to practice their communication skills in a safe and enjoyable environment.

This popular topic involves an interview with four students and their use of cell phones, email, and the internet to communicate.

Week of March 7th with STAR 93.7.  Turn your dial to Boston Radio Station Star 93.7 and hear Millie answer questions on the buzz of today's etiquette and what to do when faced with 'life's sticky situations.'  This week of hype is part of an exciting promotion for Warner Bros., Studios upcoming movie debut of Miss Congeniality 2 staring Sandra Bullock.  Millie is excited to be part of the month long events of personal appearances, radio interviews and movie previews at Boston's Lowes Theatre.

Boston Globe Reporter Johnny Diaz interviews Ms. Downing as part of his Say What? feature story in the Sunday Boston Globe's City Weekly section on May 16, 2004.

Boston Globe Magazine Editor, Doug Most features a piece on the success of the Globe Magazine redesign in the May 2nd edition, and states that the new Miss Conduct column is one of the most popular additions to the Magazine.

March 2004

The debut of the weekly Miss Conduct column in the Sunday Boston Globe Magazine premiere's on March 7th, 2004.

Event: Ms. Downing attends the gala at the Ritz-Carlton Penthouses, hosted by The Boston Globe in celebration of their relaunch of the Globe Magazine, which includes an announcement as her authoring the weekly Miss Conduct column.
